The Upper Tarentaise is so full of activities, we daren't even try to list them all as we are bound to forget something! What we can say is that there is a swimming pool within five minutes walking distance from La Grange, a number of walks beginning virtually at the doorstep and almost anything else you feel like doing within a short distance.

The mountains provide so much in the winter and summer - aside from the obvious alpine skiing and hiking. We are right on the edge of the Vanoise National Park, a wonderful site for exploring local flora and fauna. And the Isère River offers pleny of white water activities. We suggest you consult the local tourist office websites for fuller details. You will find a file of brochures etc., in your holiday apartment on arrival.
